directions

  1. Prepare the strawberry milk layer:
In a small bowl, whisk 2 tbsp Strawberry Milk Collagen with 2 tbsp water until smooth. Add ¼ cup cold water and whisk again until fully dissolved.

  2. Prepare the matcha layer:
Sift 2 tsp Matcha Collagen into another bowl to remove lumps. Add ¼ cup cold water and whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until frothy.

  3. Assemble the latte:
Muddle the chopped strawberries with ½ tbsp Strawberry Milk Collagen and 1 tbsp water at the bottom of a tall glass.
Fill the glass halfway with ice.
Pour oat milk over the ice, filling about two-thirds of the glass.
Gently pour the strawberry milk layer, then the matcha layer, to create a beautiful ombré effect.

  4. Sweeten (optional):
Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired. Stir lightly before drinking.

pro tips

  • Use cold milk and ice for clean, distinct layers.
