1 serving Turmeric Crush collagen
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 cup organic unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin (or cooked and puréed)
1 small organic golden pear, chopped
2–3 pitted dates
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or ground)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (optional)
