Collagen Banana Bread

Collagen Banana Bread

Soft, moist banana bread, now packed with collagen!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean or banana milk collagen powder (or both!)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  3. Garnish 2 halves of a banana atop.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
