Banana Milk Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Banana Milk Crushed Tonic
  • 1 cup almond milk (or banana milk for extra flavor)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • Optional toppings: sliced banana, granola, cacao nibs, peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, mashed banana, Banana Milk Crushed Tonic, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thickened.
  5. Before serving, give it a good stir and top with sliced banana, granola, or peanut butter.
