Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Banana Milk Crushed Tonic
- 1 cup almond milk (or banana milk for extra flavor)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ banana, mashed
- Optional toppings: sliced banana, granola, cacao nibs, peanut butter
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, whisk together almond milk, mashed banana, Banana Milk Crushed Tonic, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds and mix well.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thickened.
- Before serving, give it a good stir and top with sliced banana, granola, or peanut butter.
