Heat oven to 350 °F / 175 °C. Grease or line an 8 × 8 inch pan with parchment. -
Mix dry.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and Coffee Collagen. -
Mix wet.
In another bowl, beat sugar and melted butter until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. -
Combine.
Alternate adding dry mix and buttermilk, starting and ending with dry. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overmix. -
Bake.
Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 25–30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. -
Cool + serve.
