Cream Soda with Raspberries

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml tonic water (chilled)

  • 2 Tbsp raspberry syrup (or muddled raspberries + 1 tsp honey)

  • 3 Tbsp coconut cream or half & half (for creamy texture)

  • ¼ tsp sea salt (electrolyte: sodium)

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (adds tart balance)

  • Crushed ice

  • Fresh raspberries and lemon wedge (for garnish)

  • 1 scoop cream soda collagen


Instructions:

  1. Layer the base: Add raspberry syrup and lemon juice to a tall glass.

  2. Add crushed ice: Fill the glass about ¾ with crushed ice.

  3. Cream it up: Slowly pour in the coconut cream (or half & half). It’ll float slightly and create a "creamsicle" swirl.

  4. Top with tonic water: Gently pour in tonic water to preserve the fizz.

  5. Stir lightly (or leave layered for visual effect).

  6. Garnish with raspberries, lemon wedge, and a fun straw.
