FAQ: What is the correct serving?

Every pouch contains 150 g of collagen.
Every pouch contains 225g of flavor. This does not apply to unflavored, coffee, matcha, lucuma, or turmeric (every sugar free flavor is at 2-2.5g of flavor.)
This would mean that every serving has 5g of collagen, and 7.5g of flavor at about 12.5g. Some SKUs may have a bit more or less flavoring.
For bolder flavor, double the serving is recommended.
1 scooper is equivalent to 15g, so if you would like to stretch out your pouch for over a month, we recommend using half of the spoon for 1 serving, with less water. This would yield about 30 servings.
If you would like to enjoy your collagen more as tall drinks, we recommend using 1.5 full scoop or even 2 scoops. This would yield about 15 servings.
For sugar free flavors, similar concept applies. For less strong flavor and 5g of collagen a day (comparable to most brands), use 2 tsp. For a stronger flavor and 10g of collagen, use 4 tsp.
