Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop marine matcha collagen
  • ½ cup hot water (not boiling, about 175°F or 80°C)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mug or small bowl, whisk the marine matcha collagen with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy. (Use a matcha whisk, milk frother, or small whisk.)
  2. Heat the milk until warm (but not boiling), then froth it using a frother or by shaking it in a jar.
  3. Pour the frothy milk over the matcha mixture.
  4. Stir in honey and vanilla extract if desired.
