Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Crushed Tonic Matcha Collagen

  • 1 scoop Crushed Tonic Strawberry Milk Collagen

  • ½ cup hot water (not boiling, about 175°F / 80°C)

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or cup, whisk the collagen powders with the hot water until fully dissolved and frothy (use a matcha whisk, milk frother, or small whisk). (For the double layered look, mix separately).

  2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  3. Pour the collagen mixture over the ice.

  4. Add the milk of your choice.

  5. Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.

  6. Mix gently and enjoy a refreshing, creamy, collagen-boosted iced latte.
