Matcha Collagen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Marine Collagen Matcha
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, matcha collagen, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a thin layer.
  3. Sprinkle granola, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips on top.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours, then break into pieces and enjoy!
