Sweet Yogurt Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Sweet Yogurt Collagen

  • 2 tsp Crushed Tonic Matcha Collagen

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Vanilla Bean Collagen

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup granola (plus more for topping)

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, milk, collagens (sweet yogurt, matcha, vanilla), honey, and a handful of ice cubes to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and top with granola, shredded coconut, and any other fruit you desire.

  4. Stir gently and enjoy your thick, dessert-like smoothie.
