INGREDIENTS
1 original #CrushedTonic
1 ripe and smashed banana
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats or gluten free steel cut oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground vanilla beans or vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
1/2 - 1 cup almond milk (depending on how thick/thin you like it)
1/4 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS
In a glass jar, combine all the ingredients except the blueberries.
Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle the blueberries on top when serving.
