Rose & Coconut Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

1/2 cup short-grain rice

2 cups whole milk or coconut milk

1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Rose Latte

1 tbsp rose water

1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

Ground cinnamon (optional)

 

Instructions:

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and rice, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the rice softens and the mixture thickens (about 20 minutes), remove from heat.

Stir in the rose water for that floral flavor.

Spoon the pudding into bowls, garnish with pistachios and cinnamon if desired, and serve warm or chilled.
