Cantaloupe Collagen Yogurt Shake

(A sweet, creamy treat that blends lucuma, yogurt & melon!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe cantaloupe (cubed and chilled)

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 packet Crushed Tonic Lucuma Collagen

  • 1–2 tsp honey or agave (optional)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup ice (optional for a frosty texture)

  • A few mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Add cantaloupe, yogurt, lucuma collagen, sweetener, and vanilla to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again if you want a colder, milkshake-like texture.

  3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with mint and a melon slice.


Why it works:
The lucuma adds a caramel-maple depth, which complements the melon’s brightness. Yogurt makes it creamy and gut-friendly—plus you’re sneaking in collagen for skin & joint support!
