Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Banana Milk Crushed Tonic
  • 1 frozen banana (for extra creaminess)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder for a richer taste)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (or honey, optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth)
  • Ice cubes (if you want it thicker)
  • Melted dark chocolate & crushed nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Taste & adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Drizzle melted dark chocolate inside a glass (optional but makes it fancy).
  4. Pour smoothie into the glass, top with crushed nuts or cacao nibs.
