Coffee Collagen Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop coffee-flavored collagen
  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Roll into small bite-sized balls.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before eating.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
