Honeydew Collagen Panna Cotta

A silky Italian dessert with a honeydew twist!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Marine Collagen - Honeydew
  • 1 cup honeydew melon, blended into a purée
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp gelatin powder (dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and honey over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
  2. Stir in Marine Collagen - Honeydew and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the gelatin mixture, stirring well to combine.
  4. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then stir in the honeydew purée.
  5. Pour into small serving cups and refrigerate for 4 hours (or until firm).
  6. Serve chilled, topped with extra honeydew cubes or a drizzle of honey!
