Honeydew Creamsicle

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Honeydew Milk Crushed Tonic
  • 2 cups honeydew melon, cubed
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup orange juice (adds a citrusy balance)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend honeydew, coconut milk, honey, vanilla, Honeydew Milk Crushed Tonic, and orange juice until smooth.
  2. Taste & adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4+ hours (or overnight).
  4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.
