Strawberry Collagen Smoothie

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop Strawberry Milk Collagen (Crushed Tonic)

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 🍓

  • ½ frozen banana 🍌 (optional for creaminess)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 🥛

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (optional for thickness)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want extra sweetness)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Line your cup with a little coconut yogurt and strawberry puree before pouring the smoothie.

  3. Serve chilled with a straw!
