Crushed Tonic "Yakult" Sweetened Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free if preferred)
  • 1-2 tbsp Crushed Tonic Sweet Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, depending on your preference)
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Fresh fruits, granola, or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the yogurt base:

    • Mix the Crushed Tonic Sweet Yogurt (or other flavors, like banana milk works too) in 2 tbsp of water.
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the above mixture with Greek yogurt. Mix well until smooth and creamy. If you like your yogurt sweeter, add a drizzle of honey or your preferred sweetener.
  2. Add milk:

    • You can have as is, or for a creamier texture, add more milk, stirring as you go to achieve your desired consistency. If you want a thicker yogurt, no need to add the milk!
  3. Chill:

    • Once the mixture is smooth and well-combined, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve:

    • After chilling, serve the yogurt in bowls or jars. Top with fresh fruits, granola, or nuts for added texture and flavor.
