Yakult Crushed Tonic Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Crushed Tonic Sweet Yogurt 

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine Crushed Tonic's sweet yogurt collagen, banana, and yogurt.

  2. Add a handful of ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy your Yakult Crushed Tonic smoothie!
