Turmeric Golden Milk Latte

A warm, comforting, anti-inflammatory drink!  

🔹 Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)  
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon  
- 1/4 tsp black pepper  
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)  

Instructions:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat.  
2. Whisk in turmeric, honey, cinnamon, black pepper, and vanilla.  
3. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.  
4. Pour into a mug and enjoy warm!
