Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee (or espresso + ¾ cup milk of choice)
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (unflavored or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything—Combine coffee, ice, milk, collagen, sweetener, vanilla, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste & adjust—If you want it sweeter, add more maple syrup or a sugar-free alternative.
  3. Serve & enjoy—Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle extra cinnamon.
