Banana Bread Collagen Latte by Crushed Tonic

🍌🍞 Banana Bread Collagen Latte by Crushed Tonic

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Banana Milk Collagen

  • 1 tbsp Crushed Tonic Vanilla Bean Creamer

  • 2 shots freshly brewed espresso

  • ½ cup warm oat milk (or milk of choice)

  • Dash of cinnamon + nutmeg (banana bread spices)

Instructions:

  1. In a small cup, dissolve Banana Milk Collagen and Vanilla Bean Creamer in 2 tbsp of water until smooth.

  2. Pour in the 2 espresso shots and stir.

  3. Froth or steam your milk, then add it to the cup.

  4. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if desired.

  5. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon + nutmeg on top for that banana bread flavor.

For an iced version, use cold oat milk, pour over ice, and top with a cinnamon dust swirl.
