Banana Milk Iced Capuccino

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Banana Milk Crushed Tonic
  • 1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee, chilled)
  • ¾ cup banana milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (or honey, optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Frothed milk (optional, for that cappuccino foam effect)
  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Brew & chill the espresso (or strong coffee).
  2. In a shaker or jar, whisk together banana milk, Banana Milk Crushed Tonic, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour the chilled espresso over it.
  4. Top with the banana milk mixture and stir gently.
  5. Optional: Froth a little extra banana milk and spoon it on top for a cappuccino-style foam.
  6. Dust with cinnamon or cocoa powder for a fancy touch.
