Amazing! The taste isn’t too strong so its perfect to pair with with milk, coffee, or matcha. It does give you a boost in energy! So its perfect to drink every morning.
I got the vanilla bean, banana milk, and honeydew milk bovine collagen and the flavors are all amazingggg. No funky collagen taste at all! I tried these first with water and the second time with milk and the milk made a world of a difference. I haven’t been drinking them long enough to see any real improvements in my appearance but at the very least I love drinking these for the taste and I’d like to believe it’s doing something for my skin, hair, and nails.

Matcha Marine Collagen The flavor with oat milk is great. Gives me energy in the morning to exercise and so far, my joints have been okay with running 4-5x per week :)
