Subscription Policy
Crushed Tonic Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to any Crushed Tonic product, you agree to the following terms:
Some customers who have been with Crushed Tonic since the beginning may have been grandfathered into a special legacy subscription price. This pricing is a courtesy extended only to active, uninterrupted subscriptions. If a grandfathered subscription is canceled, paused, or allowed to lapse, it will no longer qualify for the legacy rate. Any future subscription must be placed at the current standard subscription price, and previous pricing cannot be reinstated.
Automatic Upgrade
Any customer who subscribes to a sample stick or mini pouch will automatically receive an upgraded large pouch of the same product. This upgrade applies to all active subscriptions regardless of original selection.
Pricing & Adjustments
PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUBSCRIBED FOR SALE PRICE WILL BE UPGRADED TO NORMAL PRICE.
If a subscription is placed during a sale, launch promotion, or at an incorrect price, the subscription will be adjusted to the standard subscription price. Customers will be charged the difference for future orders.
Subscription prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material, packaging, and shipping costs. Customers will be notified in advance of any price changes.
Returns
Subscribed products may only be returned if unopened and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are a flat fee of $9.99. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected. All products can be refunded if unopened, undamaged, and subscribed to accidentally (i.e. non-subscription products are not guaranteed refunds).
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment information is up to date. Failed payments may result in cancellation of the subscription.
Cancellations & Modifications
Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time through your account portal prior to the next billing cycle.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations and discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Product Availability
In the rare case that a flavor or product becomes unavailable, Crushed Tonic reserves the right to substitute with a comparable product of equal or greater value, or to pause shipments until the product is restocked.
General
Subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Crushed Tonic reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions that violate these terms.
IF A CUSTOMER OPENS A CHARGEBACK ON SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS, CRUSHED TONIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PERMANENTLY RESTRICT FUTURE SHIPMENTS TO THAT CREDIT CARD AND ADDRESS ON FILE.
