  • 1 scoop Matcha Collagen  +1 scoop Crushed Tonic Banana Milk Collagen
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup spinach (optional for extra nutrients)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
