DIRECTIONS Put oil, garlic, onion in large pot over medium heat and sauté 3-4 mins. Add squash, celery, chicken stock, #CrushedTonic, sage, salt, pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 mins or until squash is tender. Blend or puree until desired consistency (Less time for some chunks). Return to pot and garnish with extra sage if desired!
