Vanilla Lemon Latte

This vanilla latte is a favorite of my family and friends: it’s bittersweet, relaxing, and sophisticated. I love it with a spritz of lemon!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Original Crush
  • 1cup almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 dates
  • Honey, or your favorite sweetener 
  • Lemon wedge

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Microwave the almond milk on medium power for 2 minutes.
  2. Combine the hot almond milk, vanilla extract, dates, and Original Crush in a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add honey to taste.
  5. Spritz with lemon juice before serving and drink immediately.
