Banana Milk Vanilla Bean Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Banana Milk Crushed Tonic
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or whole milk for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  4. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.
