Refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our collagen is a fish product and it could definitely be harder to swallow (pun intended!) for some.
We would be happy to issue you a refund per our 100% Guarantee Policy!
Please see our return policy below:
- Returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of their delivery date.
- Subscription products that had been failed to be canceled 3 days before shipment date can ONLY be refunded with a deductible $10 shipping charge in addition to the cost of the NEW refund shipping label (varies per label). Please let us know of any address changes and flavors requests 3 days before your subscription is renewed!
- We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. If you would like for us to provide you with a shipping label, we can do it for a cost (usually $10 per return, depending where you are located).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once your refund has been processed, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after inspection and acceptance of return.
